Darragh Hogan joined us in 2022 from Frank Glennon Ltd, where, as Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, he worked with clients to achieve their financial goals. With a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, Darragh has previously worked as Senior Portfolio Manager with Paul Ryan Pension & Financial Consultants and a New Business Administrator with New Ireland Assurance.
Darragh has accumulated a wide range of knowledge across the financial services industry, with extensive expertise in the pensions sector. As the Financial Services Consultant within Milestone Advisory, Darragh will continue to build upon the expert financial advice and personal service our clients have come to expect.
Cathy McIver joined Milestone Advisory from PwC in 2021. As Financial Services Administrator, Cathy manages the administrative division and supports Darragh Hogan in his advisory and client services work.
Prior to joining Milestone Advisory, Cathy held life and pension roles in Zurich, where she earned the QFA designation. Having worked in both Dublin and Melbourne, Cathy brings with her 7 years’ experience in professional and financial services, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to Milestone Advisory’s client base, at every stage of their financial planning journey.
Susan O’Mara is responsible for the new business and sales within CPAS. In addition to this, Susan is responsible for the running of Milestone Advisory and the advisory services provided. Prior to this, in 2014, Susan was the Financial Services Consultant for the business. Susan also previously worked in CERS (also a division of CPAS) from 2007 as a Pension Consultant, managing a portfolio of corporate clients. Susan holds the QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) RPA (Retirement Planning Advice) and PTP (Pensions Trustee Practitioner) designations.
Niall Connaughton is the Senior Compliance, Data Protection and Information Security Officer for Milestone Advisory. He has been with Milestone Advisory’s parent company CPAS since 2019 where he was previously a Senior Pension Administrator in Construction Executive Retirement Savings. Previously Niall worked as a Portfolio Manager for Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes in Paul Ryan Pension and Financial Consultants Ltd and before this, as part of the Administration Team for Corporate Pensions in APT Workplace Pensions. Niall has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Philosophy. He also has a Higher Diploma in Psychology and a Master of Science in Management Practice. Niall is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and holds a Certificate in Retirement Planning Advice (RPA). He is also a Licentiate of the Compliance Institute (LCI).
Kevin has overall responsibility for the operational aspects of CPAS. Before joining CPAS in 2008, Kevin held a number of positions in Friends First and Irish Life and has over 26 years’ experience in the corporate pensions industry. Kevin is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers (FIIPM).
