Critical Services Prioritised.
Our focus is to maintain critical day-to-day services and the timely processing of financial transactions and advice. We have been in touch with all the Life Assurance companies we hold agency with to ensure that all of their critical services remain in place. These include the payment of ARF income, other pension benefits, income protection claims, investing contributions and investment fund switches.
Continuity of Service.
We have robust business continuity plans in place to maintain critical services for all our clients. In keeping with Government guidelines only key, essential staff are working from our offices.
